Athena Coin Pendant

Athena pendant with pressed coin imprint - This pendant necklace showcases an ancient coin design, where one side displays Athena, the goddess of war, handicraft, and practical reason, while the reverse side exhibits the coin's alternate imagery.

Notably, the pendant intentionally captures the melted molten droplets formed during the coin's hot pressing into wax, preserving traces of the maker's tools and hands' texture. Utilising the lost wax casting technique, the pendant is cast in bronze alloy and supplied with a curb chain in Gold Fill.

As each piece is meticulously handmade, slight variations from the depicted images are to be expected.

Mix two tablespoons of gentle dishwashing liquid with one quart of warm water. Submerge your jewellery in this solution for 10 to 20 minutes to loosen any residue and grime. Using a soft-bristled brush, delicately scrub the jewellery. Finally, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and gently pat dry using a clean cloth.
