UNITED STATES DELIVERY - (DPD)
DPD International - £24.95 (orders over £50 may require a signature for delivery). Delivery is within 21 working days.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Orders for delivery outside the UK (including Europe) may be subject to import duties/taxes/VAT/levies for which the recipient of the package must pay for once it reaches the destination country. These charges vary depending on the country. We cannot be responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the relevant countries customs department for information.
RETURNS
We really hope you are satisfied with your order, however if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of your receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to reject your return request if the item appears to have been used or worn.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@heritagedaily.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs of shipping returns will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.
DAMAGE & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
